Work, Stress Relief, and Google Chrome

Today I had a better day. My headache was gone! yay! I worked until 5:30p and today went fairly well. Only 1 troublesome client. She couldn't get Outlook 2007 to work with her Charter.net email account. Apparantly she isn't alone, a quick google search suggested many people have this problem. It could receive email, but not send it. I searched for a solution, and all we could come up with is that many users have found it helpful to use the comcast.net smtp server. So I hope that works out for her. Sara has the day off, and she made dinner for me! Beef Stroganoff, yum. Seems like I do most of the cooking, but to be fair she does almost all of the cleaning. So we'll call it even. I did some grocery shopping last night, and spent a little more than I should have, but we needed food in the house.

I've been told keeping a diary is good stress relief, and so far my take on it (this blog) has seemed like a good release. It is kinda soothing recalling my day and getting it down in writing.

On another note, I've been using Google Chrome (link) on my Aspire One Netbook, and I'm really loving it. The only small complaint I have right now is that logmein.com remote access applet doesn't work with it yet. But hey it's a beta and it's crazy fast. I'm a die-hard Firefox user, and still use it on my desktop. But this Chrome browser is easily twice as fast and it's great usage of space allows for a better viewing experience on the 8.9" widescreen of my netbook.

The night's still young, perhaps I'll get a movie to watch tonight.
